If you left an item in a CallTaxee vehicle, call us immediately — the sooner you report it, the better our chance of reaching your driver before their next trip.
What to have ready:
- Your pickup and drop-off locations and approximate time of the ride
- A description of the item
- Your name and a callback number
We'll reach out to your driver and do our best to recover your item. CallTaxee is not able to guarantee recovery, but we follow up on every report.
