How far in advance should I book?
At least 24 hours for guaranteed availability. Same-day requests are sometimes possible — call to check.
What happens after I submit a reservation?
Our dispatch team confirms your pickup time, vehicle class, and driver assignment ahead of your trip, either by phone or in the app.
Can I cancel or change a reservation?
Yes — contact us at least 2 hours before pickup. See our Terms of Service for full cancellation details.
Is waiting time or an extra stop included?
Your base fare covers the scheduled trip. Extra stops or wait time beyond what's arranged may add to the final fare, disclosed up front.
Do you handle corporate accounts?
Yes. Email support@CallTaxee.com to set up recurring or billed corporate reservations.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards through the app, plus cash for phone-booked rides where applicable.
