These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CallTaxee website, mobile applications, and reservation services (collectively, the "Service") operated by CallTaxee and AMANTECH ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

The CallTaxee mobile application is intended to become the exclusive means for customers to request taxi rides, delivery, and contact us for operational service. Website and phone channels may be offered only during a transition period unless otherwise stated in the app.

1. Service Description

CallTaxee provides a platform to connect customers with licensed taxi and transportation providers nationwide. We offer advance reservations, multiple vehicle classes, and customer support. Availability of specific vehicle types and drivers may vary by market.

2. Reservations

Online reservations require at least 24 hours advance notice unless otherwise confirmed by our dispatch team. By submitting a reservation, you agree to provide accurate pickup and drop-off information, contact details, and any special instructions. We reserve the right to decline or modify reservations based on availability, safety, or operational constraints.

3. Pricing and Payment

CallTaxee does not use surge pricing. Fares are based on the vehicle class selected and the service ordered. Final charges may reflect additional waiting time, extra stops, tolls, or other fees disclosed at the time of service. Payment is due at the time of service unless alternate billing arrangements have been approved in writing.

4. Cancellations and Changes

To cancel or modify a reservation, contact us at 1 (888) 470-1885 or info@CallTaxee.com. We request at least 2 hours notice before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may be subject to fees at our discretion.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, provide false information, harass drivers or staff, or engage in unlawful activity while using CallTaxee. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

CallTaxee acts as a booking and coordination platform. Transportation is provided by independent licensed operators and drivers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallTaxee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific trip giving rise to the claim.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
